Dear friends,
We are delighted to announce our new street level location at Rue de Bosnie 20, Saint-Gilles in Brussels. We’re thrilled to start up our programme again! In the coming year we will organize four solo exhibitions in the new space, commencing with a solo exhibition by London-based Kobby Adi, opening Friday May 6th.

Art comes from somewhere. As artists, we have operated Kantine as an artistic-curatorial project for 5 years. Working without funding, we rely on energy and good faith: of ourselves, our community and most importantly the artists we work with.
We feel deep in our blossoms that art is a social creature, it shapes us as much as we shape it, it is a net we fall into and are connected by.
With this, we have decided to turn to you – our community and audience – to support our coming year of exhibitions. This is how Kantine blossoms.

This Friday, April 8th, we introduce our annual fundraiser Kantine Blossoms. Editions and unique works will be available for sale by a selection of artists associated with our programme. Proceeds are split 50/50 between Kantine and the artist. We aim to raise money to subsidise our operating costs for the coming year (including materials, photography, and transport costs, amongst others).
